Shipping policy

Shipping
Local pickup - Local pickup is available in Dutton or White Oaks, London, Ontario. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email to arrange date/time to collect your items.

Lettermail - Lettermail rate of $5 is available (within Canada) for orders of single items that are $50 or less before discounts. By choosing lettermail shipping, you agree that if a package is lost or stolen, The Old Island will not be responsible for refunding or replacing items.

Canada tracked shipping - We ship through Canada Post at a flat rate of $15 within Ontario and $17 to the rest of Canada. All items will be tracked and insured up to $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please email theoldislandco@gmail.com.

Free shipping - Any orders over $200 after discounts are eligible for free shipping.

Returned/Refused Mail
If a package is returned or refused by the recipient, we will only resend it at the customer's expense.
